October 16, 2014 – CBM Lawyers’ Debra Woodske was recently successful in a Special Chambers application to strike a claim for want of prosecution.  The application arose from a personal injury claim first filed in 2006.  Debra’s application was based on Rule 4.33 of the Alberta Rules of Court.
