Petitioners Geneviève Boisvert and Martin Lamontagne (together, the “petitioners”) filed a Wellington Motion against their insurance company, Intact, Compagnie d’assurances (“Intact”) and their insurance broker. Among other things, this motion sought to require Intact and the broker to assume their defence.
