On behalf of WICC Ontario Board of Directors, I am delighted to convey that RMC has been selected to be awarded WICC’s Gold Flame Award at our upcoming annual dinner gala, to take place on April 13, 2011 at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

WICC’s main ambition is to raise funds and awareness to support research projects that will hopefully one day eradicate this terrible disease. We also hope to extend WICC’s name and its mission to as many people as we can – right across Canada, so that collectively we can make an impact!

Risk Management Council was nominated and selected in appreciation for selecting WICC as the charity of choice for the donations and fund raising opportunities at your annual meetings. Since the first Monte Carlo event in 2007, silent auctions and donations RMC has contributed over $24,800 to help in the fight against cancer!

This Gold Flame award will be presented at the 15th Annual Dinner on April 13, 2010 at the Westin Harbour Castle hotel. Over 600 industry colleagues will participate in the festivities of a ICONIC themed evening encompassing cocktails, dinner, silent auction and raffle.
