‘Great Cooks on Eight’ was the location for Risk Management Counsel of Canada’s spring event. Members of RMC gathered for cocktails with their invited guests to enjoy both a presentation by Sarah Richardson, the well known Host of Sarah’s House on HGTV and also to support WICC, Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade.

RMC was enthusiastic to once again offer its support to WICC. The RMC member firms graciously donated for the silent auction ‘home décor’ themed gifts from across the country. Two gorgeous silk embroidered throw cushions were generously presented by Sarah Richardson Design, which were a much sought after prize.

The silent auction raised $2,172.00 for WICC and RMC complemented the auction proceeds with its own donation of $5,000.00, for an impressive grand total of $7,172.00.

Everyone enjoyed Sarah’s lively and informative presentation on the ‘Secret’s to Great Style, while feasting on delectable confections from Great Cook’s Executive Chef Andrea Nicholson-Jack.
