Mr. Luc Girard (“Girard”) suffered a foot fracture when he crashed into a low wall at the bottom of a tube sledding hill. He initiated civil liability proceedings against the City of Baie Comeau (“Baie Comeau”), which owns the Centre de ski Mon Ti-Basse. The Court allowed the claim in the amount of $189,135.76.
